  Working principle

  We simplify oil and gas separation without compromising efficiency – our two-stage purification is designed to deliver consistent, industry-leading results, and it’s easy to see why it outperforms standard single-stage systems:

  First, primary centrifugal separation works. The high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas mixture coming out of the compressor (generally 70-95°C, 0.7-1.0MPa) enters the oil and gas barrel at a tangential angle, and generates strong centrifugal force when rotating at high speed. This force throws almost all large oil droplets (more than 5μm) towards the barrel wall, forming a smooth oil film and flowing to the bottom oil tank, eliminating most of the oil mist in only the first step.

  Next, secondary precision filtration completes the work. After initial separation, the gas flows upward through our premium oil and gas separation filter element, which is made of imported glass fiber for its unparalleled ability to capture the tiniest oil mist particles. The filter captures and collects these particles, allowing the collected oil droplets to flow back into the lubrication system through the bottom return line. The result? Purified compressed air with ≤3ppm oil content – clean enough for even the most demanding applications – and fully recycled lubricants reduce your operating costs.
