  Our sintered filter cartridges feature a three-layer integrated structure, with each layer working seamlessly together to achieve precise filtration and long-term stability.   1. Core Filtration Layer (Inner Layer: The Precision Core of the Filter Cartridge)

  Materials: We use high-purity 304/316L stainless steel powder (purity ≥99.9%) as the standard material. For special applications, bronze, ceramic, or titanium alloy powders are also available. For most industrial applications, 316L stainless steel is the preferred choice—it is durable, versatile, and reliable.

  Structure: This layer is formed using a high-temperature (800-1200℃) and high-pressure (15-20MPa) sintering process, creating a three-dimensional interconnected porous structure. The pores are uniformly distributed (pore size deviation ≤±5%), and we can also adjust the porosity (35%-55%) according to your specific filtration precision requirements.

       2. Support and Reinforcement Layer (Intermediate Layer: Maintaining Stability)

  This intermediate layer, tightly fitted to the core filter layer, is designed to enhance the filter's mechanical strength, preventing deformation or damage and maintaining the stability of the core layer even under harsh operating conditions:

  Material: We use 304 stainless steel support mesh (100-200 mesh) or high-strength polyester retaining rings (10-30mm wide), both offering corrosion resistance matching the core layer.

  Structure: The stainless steel mesh is nested inside or outside the core filter layer, while the polyester retaining rings are evenly wound around the middle of the filter—both fit tightly to the core layer without any gaps.

  Reasons for choosing this material and structure: The stainless steel mesh offers superior mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, easily withstanding 5000 cycles of 0-10 bar pressure shocks without deformation.   3. Sealing and Protective Layer (Outer Layer: Leakage Prevention, Performance Protection)

  Materials: The housing is made of 304/316L stainless steel (1.0-1.5mm thick). Sealing components (gaskets, O-rings) are made of fluororubber or silicone rubber (Shore hardness 70-80). End flanges are made of stainless steel or high-strength PBT plastic, with a machining accuracy of ±0.02mm.

  Structure: The stainless steel housing completely encloses the support layer and core layer. Sealing components are installed at the top, bottom, and connection points. The end flanges are seamlessly connected to the housing, forming a fully enclosed protective structure.
